Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, a kids' billiard table, laundry, a pool area with a Tiki Hub, a BBQ grill, plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor table on the waterway. It is a quiet family neighborhood, centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea—twenty minutes from the airport. Getting to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife is easy.
